The mission of Linden Grove Health Care Center is to provide the finest quality health care, rehabilitative and support services to our residents and their families.
Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well- being of our residents. For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident.
A top-rated health care center Linden Grove Health Care Center is one of the highest-rated health care centers in the state of Washington. Our center has been awarded a "deficiency-free" rating from the state department of health for 2001 and 2002. This is your assurance that the care given to residents at Linden Grove meets the very highest standards.
Looking good Linden Grove had a face-lift last year and now looks better than ever! Wešve redecorated our main dining room, activity room, fireside room and hallways throughout the center. We've recently remodelled our rehabilitation center and updated our Activity Room.
Special Outings We believe it is important for our residents to enjoy outings into the community for recreation, dining and shopping. Our schedule includes special trips to attractions like local parks, restaurants and shops as well as to special events. Our fully-equipped, wheelchair-accessible van makes these outings possible for many residents.
